How do I know my order has been placed/received successfully?

You will receive an email with an order confirmation from us. If you have not received this email, please let us know and we will resend one to you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email with a tracking number for your shipment. 

How do I exchange an item/request a refund? 

Please send us an email notifying us of the problem/your request and refer to our returns policy before doing so to ensure your garments & reason for return align with our terms. Once you have arranged your parcel to be returned, we will assess it once it arrives back to us & proceed to email you with your store credit code or refund notification. All returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the outfit. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Do you ship internationally? How long does it take?

Yes, we ship all over the world using DHL couriers. You should expect to receive your shipment within 2-5 business days from dispatch for most major destinations (COVID-19 may cause delays).

How fast can I get my order if I'm in Australia? 

We usually dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. If you have placed your order before 2pm AEST and chosen 'Express Shipping', your item will most likely arrive the next day or within 2-4 business days (depending on COVID-19 delays and Christmas periods). Standard delivery may take 3-6 business days, so if you are in a rush we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout.
