Our customers satisfaction is our number one priority. In the rare case of an item being faulty, we will give you a FULL refund under these conditions:

  • You return the item/notify us about the problem within 14 days of receiving the item
  • All swimwear must still have hygiene seals stuck on
  • Tags and labels must still be attached to the item
  • Item is not stained from fake tan, makeup etc. from trying it on

We will happily offer our customers a store credit or exchange if:

  • Your order from Kartini does not fit you and you require another size 

We DO NOT perform an exchange for a change of mind so please, place your order carefully!
