Our customers satisfaction is our number one priority. In the rare case of an item being faulty, we will give you a FULL refund under these conditions:
- You return the item/notify us about the problem within 14 days of receiving the item
- All swimwear must still have hygiene seals stuck on
- Tags and labels must still be attached to the item
- Item is not stained from fake tan, makeup etc. from trying it on

One of our team members will reply to you as soon as we get the chance and provide you with a return address and instructions on what to do next.
We will happily offer our customers a store credit or exchange if:
- Your order from Kartini does not fit you and you require another size
We DO NOT perform an exchange for a change of mind so please, place your order carefully!

Item must be in the same condition as you received it e.g. NO stains, tags & hygiene seals still attached and within 14 days of receiving the order.
Product exchange shipping costs are not covered by Kartini.
